Welcome to our article section

As diesel repair specialists, we understand the importance of staying informed about advances in diesel repair, maintenance and technology. That is why this section exists — to put useful information about all things diesel in front of the people who run the equipment.

You will find articles here covering diesel repair, maintenance and troubleshooting. Whether you are an owner-operator, a fleet manager or someone who simply likes diesel engines, there should be something worth your time.

Diesel engines are part of daily life, powering everything from trucks and buses to trains and boats. They are known for their reliability, durability and efficiency, which is why so much of the freight economy runs on them. They are also complicated, and keeping one running well takes both knowledge and maintenance.

That is where we come in. Our technicians have years of experience across diesel repair, maintenance and diagnostics, and we would rather share what we know than keep it behind the counter. The goal is straightforward: help you keep your engine running smoothly and efficiently.

The most important part of diesel maintenance is the least dramatic one — staying on top of routine service such as oil changes, tire rotations and filter replacements. Skipping those turns cheap work into expensive work. Our articles cover why those intervals matter and how to hold them.

Alongside routine maintenance we cover the larger jobs: engine rebuilds, transmission replacements and electrical system repairs. These are demanding repairs, and knowing what they involve is what makes a quote legible.

We also write about performance, fuel efficiency and longevity, and about the history of the diesel engine and what it has meant for the industries that run on it.

Keep an eye out for more articles. We add to this section as the questions come in from the shop floor.
